Vendor FAQs
As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and successful event for everyone involved, proof of insurance is mandatory for all vendors. Each vendor must provide adequate insurance, unless otherwise stated on the vendor application (some of our events include insurance coverage, please refer to the event in which you are applying for).
Market vendors are required to hold a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage.
Food and beverage vendors are required to hold a minimum of $5 million in liability coverage.
*The Town of Caledon does not accept Certificates of Insurance*

*When purchasing insurance through this link (InstantRisk), you will be asked for a rental number. Please contact sarah@marketfest.ca to obtain the rental number associated with your event.
If you DO have insurance, please have your insurer fill out this form and return it to sarah@marketfest.ca: EVENTS
This documentation must be submitted TWO WEEKS in advance of the event date.
Food or beverage vendors ONLY: Please be aware that you are required to follow all applicable health and safety regulations as set out by Peel Public Health. This includes submitting the necessary applications and obtaining any permits required to operate at a special event. All food vendors operating in trucks, trailers or tents must also comply with licensing requirements set forth by the Town of Caledon.
