Vendor FAQs

As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and successful event for everyone involved, proof of insurance is mandatory for all vendors. Each vendor must provide adequate insurance, unless otherwise stated on the vendor application (some of our events include insurance coverage, please refer to the event in which you are applying for).

Market vendors are required to hold a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage. 

Food and beverage vendors are required to hold a minimum of $5 million in liability coverage.

If you DO have insurance, please have your insurer fill out this form and return it to sarah@marketfest.caEVENTS

This documentation must be submitted TWO WEEKS in advance of the event date.

Food or beverage vendors ONLY: Please be aware that you are required to follow all applicable health and safety regulations as set out by Peel Public Health. This includes submitting the necessary applications and obtaining any permits required to operate at a special event. All food vendors operating in trucks, trailers or tents must also comply with licensing requirements set forth by the Town of Caledon.

Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show

Informed Consent & Waiver

Date of Event: Sunday September 7th, 2025
Location of Event: Caledon, Ontario

By signing this Consent and Waiver Form, you agree to participate in the Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show of your own free will, judgment and, understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am the registered owner of the vehicle participating and I have valid and sufficient insurance coverage for this event that meets the legal requirements in Ontario.
  2. I have carefully read the description of the activity for which I/we are participating and, I hereby shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Corporation of the Town of Caledon and Meaghan’s Music Room from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Car Show, including but not limited to any claims arising from my own negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
  3. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, vehicle damage, injury to others and property damage and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver Form.
