Get ready for a spooktacular time at the Town Wide Trick or Treat in Bolton!

Families are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes and visit participating businesses throughout the community for a safe and festive trick-or-treating experience. This fun-filled event brings together local shops and organizations to hand out candy and goodies to little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses. Look for the special Halloween posters in storefronts to see who’s handing out treats — and don’t forget your treat bag! It’s a great way to support local businesses while enjoying the Halloween spirit with your neighbours.

Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show

Informed Consent & Waiver

Date of Event: Sunday September 7th, 2025
Location of Event: Caledon, Ontario

By signing this Consent and Waiver Form, you agree to participate in the Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show of your own free will, judgment and, understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am the registered owner of the vehicle participating and I have valid and sufficient insurance coverage for this event that meets the legal requirements in Ontario.
  2. I have carefully read the description of the activity for which I/we are participating and, I hereby shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Corporation of the Town of Caledon and Meaghan’s Music Room from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Car Show, including but not limited to any claims arising from my own negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
  3. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, vehicle damage, injury to others and property damage and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver Form.
