MarketFest and Escape Your Reality Creativity are bringing something wickedly fun to Downtown Bolton! Hosted on the SAME DAY as our Town Wide Trick or Treating Event!
Join us for the Third Annual WitchFest on Saturday, October 24 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Humber River Centre and Municipal Parking Lot in Downtown Bolton.
WitchFest is a family-friendly Halloween celebration filled with shopping, costumes, candy, characters and a little bit of magic! Explore our huge vendor market, where participating vendors will be handing out FREE candy to trick-or-treating kids throughout the event. Costumes are encouraged for witches, wizards, superheroes, princesses, monsters and grown-ups too!

Our favourite witch is flying back into Bolton for a special visit! Stop by for photos with Witch Hazel and keep your eyes open for other fun characters wandering throughout WitchFest.
๐ Halloween Fun for the Kids
Kids can trick-or-treat through the vendor market, enjoy FREE temporary tattoos, meet characters and show off their best Halloween looks in our Costume Contest, with prizes up for grabs!
๐ฎ A Little WitchFest Magic
Curious about what the cards might reveal? Tarot card readings ($$) will be available during the event, adding a little mystery and magic to your WitchFest experience.

Grab your Witch Hunt Passport upon arrival and embark on a shopping adventure through WitchFest! Visit and shop from participating vendors to complete your passport and earn your chance to WIN incredible prizes. The more you explore, the more fun you’ll have discovering local businesses, makers and vendors along the way.

Vendor Information Package
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your vendor application. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all vendor terms and conditions outlined in this package.
VENDOR FEE
The vendor fee for WitchFest is:
$150 + HST
Vendor fees are payable once your application has been approved and your participation has been confirmed.
All vendor fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds, credits or transfers/rollovers to another event for any reason unless WitchFest is cancelled by the event organizers.
INDOOR VENDOR SPACES
A limited number of indoor vendor spaces are available inside the Humber River Centre.
Indoor spaces include:
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
Vendors may bring small additional display items such as racks, shelves or tabletop displays, provided that all displays remain completely within the vendor’s assigned space.
Displays must not:
- Extend into neighbouring vendor spaces.
- Block aisles or guest walking paths.
- Create a safety or accessibility concern.
- Interfere with entrances, exits or emergency routes.
Indoor vendor spaces are limited and are not guaranteed. Vendors interested in an indoor location are encouraged to apply early.
OUTDOOR VENDOR SPACES
Outdoor vendor spaces will be located within the Municipal Parking Lot.
Outdoor vendors are responsible for bringing everything required to operate their booth, including but not limited to:
- Tent/canopy
- Proper tent weights
- Tables
- Chairs
- Displays and shelving
- Signage
- Weather protection
- Any other supplies or equipment required for your business
Tent weights are mandatory. Vendors will not be permitted to operate an unsecured tent or canopy.
Please plan for October weather and ensure that your booth, products and equipment can safely operate outdoors.
FOOD VENDORS & REGION OF PEEL REQUIREMENTS
All vendors selling, serving, sampling or preparing food or beverages must comply with all applicable Region of Peel Public Health regulations and requirements.
Once a food vendor has been approved for WitchFest, they will be provided with the appropriate form to complete.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure all required information is submitted and that they comply with all applicable health and food-safety requirements.
Failure to meet applicable requirements may result in the vendor being unable to participate in the event.
VENDOR INSURANCE
All WitchFest vendors are required to carry appropriate insurance coverage.
Vendors must provide proof of insurance and must name the:

as an Additional Insured for the event.
Proof of insurance must be provided TWO WEEKS prior to the event. Vendors who fail to provide the required documentation may not be permitted to participate.
VENDOR CATEGORIES & PRODUCT DUPLICATION
WitchFest continues to grow each year, and we want to provide guests with a diverse shopping experience while also creating a successful environment for our participating vendors.
Due to the growth of the event, coordinators will do their best to accommodate up to two vendors within the same or similar product category.
Submitting an application does not guarantee exclusivity within a product category.
Vendor applications may be reviewed based on product type, overall event mix, available space and the number of similar vendors already accepted.
EVENT HOURS & EARLY TEAR-DOWN
WitchFest runs from:
11:00 AM โ 4:00 PM
All vendors are required to remain set up and operational for the entire duration of the event.
Early tear-down is not permitted.
This requirement is in place for the safety of our guests and other vendors and to ensure a consistent experience throughout the event.
If an emergency occurs and you must leave before the event concludes, please speak with an on-site event coordinator immediately for assistance and instructions.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, cash and personal belongings at all times.
Event coordinators and organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or property before, during or after the event.
Vendors are encouraged to secure valuables and ensure their booth is attended throughout the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photography and video recording will take place throughout WitchFest.
By participating in the event, vendors consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event and grant permission for those photographs or recordings to be used by the event organizers for promotional and marketing purposes only.
This may include social media, websites and future WitchFest/event promotional materials.
VENDOR CONDUCT & SAFETY
All vendors are expected to maintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment throughout WitchFest.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their displays, equipment, products and booth setup do not create a hazard for guests, neighbouring vendors, staff or volunteers.
Should an emergency or safety issue arise during the event, please locate an on-site coordinator immediately. Event coordinators will be available throughout WitchFest to provide assistance.
IMPORTANT: APPLICATION AGREEMENT
Please read all terms carefully before submitting your application.
By completing and submitting a WitchFest vendor application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood the information contained in this Vendor Information Package.
- You agree to comply with all event rules and requirements.
- You understand that indoor space is limited and not guaranteed.
- You understand that the organizers may accept up to two vendors within the same or similar category.
- You understand that all vendors must provide the required insurance documentation.
- If applicable, you agree to comply with Region of Peel Public Health requirements.
- You understand that vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be credited or rolled over unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
- You agree to remain at the event for the full duration unless an emergency has been discussed with an on-site coordinator.
- You acknowledge that event coordinators and organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
- You consent to photography and/or video recording for promotional purposes.
Submission of your vendor application constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained within this package.
