Join us this holiday season in downtown Bolton!

A true holiday tradition for the entire community. Hosted by the Downtown Bolton BIA, Christmas in the Valley features a large outdoor market, food and beverage vendors offering many holiday favourites, Christmas themed kids activities, a food drive hosted by the Humberview Huskies Football team in support of The Exchange and free family photos with Santa. Annual tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for 7pm!

We are now accepting vendor applications!
We’re looking for a variety of vendors to help bring the Christmas spirit to life—handcrafted goods, holiday décor, artisan food items, unique gifts, baked treats, and more. If you offer products that are perfect for seasonal shopping or make great Christmas gifts, we’d love to have you be part of this community event. Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your offerings and help shoppers check off their holiday lists in a cheerful, family-friendly setting!

Vendor Fee: $120 – This fee includes insurance

Vendor Information: This is an outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything they need to operate including, but not limited to a tent, table(s), chair(s), lighting, etc. Electricity is not available but generators are permitted. Each space is 10ft x 10ft unless you are a food truck or trailer.

Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show

Informed Consent & Waiver

Date of Event: Sunday September 7th, 2025
Location of Event: Caledon, Ontario

By signing this Consent and Waiver Form, you agree to participate in the Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show of your own free will, judgment and, understand and agree to the following:

I am the registered owner of the vehicle participating and I have valid and sufficient insurance coverage for this event that meets the legal requirements in Ontario.
I have carefully read the description of the activity for which I/we are participating and, I hereby shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Corporation of the Town of Caledon and Meaghan’s Music Room from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Car Show, including but not limited to any claims arising from my own negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, vehicle damage, injury to others and property damage and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver Form.
