Celebrate the magic of the holiday season at Christmas in the Valley, Downtown Bolton’s beloved annual Christmas celebration!

New for 2026, the festival will take place on the same day as the Santa Claus Parade, creating a full day of festive fun for the entire family. Spend the day exploring holiday shopping, delicious food, family activities, a food drive supporting The Exchange and seasonal entertainment before gathering together for a spectacular Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 PM to officially kick off the holiday season.

The event will be held both indoors at the Humber River Centre, outdoors along Ann Street and the Municipal Parking Lot, transforming Downtown Bolton into a festive holiday destination.

Vendor Applications Now Open!

We’re currently accepting applications for artisan makers, crafters, specialty food vendors, holiday gift vendors and local businesses.

Vendor spaces are available both indoors and outdoors.

Vendor Information:

  • Outdoor booth spaces available
  • Food trucks welcome (limited spaces)
  • Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance
  • Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-approved basis
  • Holiday-themed products and displays are encouraged

This event attracts thousands of visitors from across Caledon and surrounding communities, making it an excellent opportunity to showcase your business during one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Christmas in the Valley! This festive event takes place alongside the Downtown Bolton Santa Claus Parade and attracts thousands of visitors looking to shop local, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the holiday season.

We are seeking high-quality vendors offering handmade products, holiday gifts, artisan goods, gourmet foods, seasonal décor, apparel, home décor, specialty products, and unique retail items.


Vendor Fees


Outdoor Booth (10ft x 10ft space) – $200

Vendor supplies:

  • Tent
  • Tent weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg)
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Electricity – Power not available, Generators are welcome
  • Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance

Food Trucks or Trailers – $250

Includes:

  • One designated food truck space
  • Limited to maintain vendor variety
  • Vendors must have a current refreshment vehicle license to operate in the Town of Caledon
  • Power is not provided
  • Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance

Food Vendors (Tent Setup) – $200

Includes:

  • Outdoor space 10ft by 10ft
  • Vendors must supply all equipment
  • Power is not provided
  • Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance

Community Non-Profit Organizations – FREE

Limited spaces available.

Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show

Informed Consent & Waiver

Date of Event: Sunday September 7th, 2025
Location of Event: Caledon, Ontario

By signing this Consent and Waiver Form, you agree to participate in the Revive the Music Annual Charity Car Show of your own free will, judgment and, understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am the registered owner of the vehicle participating and I have valid and sufficient insurance coverage for this event that meets the legal requirements in Ontario.
  2. I have carefully read the description of the activity for which I/we are participating and, I hereby shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Corporation of the Town of Caledon and Meaghan’s Music Room from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Car Show, including but not limited to any claims arising from my own negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
  3. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, vehicle damage, injury to others and property damage and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver Form.
